Wall Chasing
Neat, straight chases for electrical, plumbing and data runs — cut to depth in brick, block and concrete with on-tool dust extraction.
Sydney · Concrete Cutting Specialists
Concrete cutting, core drilling, wall chasing and road sawing across Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. Straight cuts, clean sites, and a crew that turns up when it says it will.
What we do
From a single power point chase to a full slab removal — one crew, the right blade, nothing left behind but the cut.
Neat, straight chases for electrical, plumbing and data runs — cut to depth in brick, block and concrete with on-tool dust extraction.
Accurate holes from 20mm to 600mm for pipes, ducts, hydraulics, balustrades and anchors — through walls, floors and ceilings.
Controlled depth cuts through slabs and driveways for penetrations, expansion joints, lift pits and drainage lines.
Deep cuts through asphalt and reinforced concrete for trenching, service installs and civil works — fast, straight, traffic-friendly.
Tight-access cutting for door and window openings, air-con penetrations and small squares where the big gear simply won't fit.
Sectional removal of walls, stairs and slabs — cut to size, lifted out clean, with the structure left exactly where it should be.

Actual jobs, actual cuts. Nothing here is a stock photo.

A chase is the channel we cut so your sparky or plumber can run services inside the wall instead of over it. Scroll, and the blade works its way across — 40mm wide, cut to the depth the conduit needs, dust pulled off the tool.
Why Elite Chase & Core
Concrete is unforgiving — a crooked chase or an over-cut slab costs you twice. We set out before we start, bring the right blade for the material, and leave a finish your trades can work straight off.

Extraction and wet cutting, so the site stays workable and the neighbours stay happy.
Public liability and site-ready paperwork. SWMS supplied on request, before we roll up.
Clear quotes before we start. No surprise extras once the blade is already in the wall.
How it works
Call or email with the location, the material and what needs cutting. A photo helps us price it first go.
We price it up fast — usually same day — and lock in a time that suits your program, not ours.
We arrive set up and ready, make the cut, clean up behind us, and get off your site.
Where we work
The Eastern Suburbs are our home patch — terraces, unit blocks and tight streets we know how to work in. The rest of Sydney is a short drive, and we are on the road daily.

Questions
Yes, always, and there is no obligation. Call with the job, the suburb and what needs cutting — a photo helps — and we will price it up, usually the same day.
Often same day for small jobs, and usually within a day or two for anything booked. If it is urgent, say so when you call and we will tell you straight whether we can make it.
That is our home patch — Bondi, Randwick, Coogee, Maroubra, Paddington, Double Bay and everywhere around them. We cover the rest of Sydney too.
Yes. Public liability cover, and site-ready paperwork including SWMS supplied on request before we turn up.
Yes. Diamond blades and core bits go straight through rebar and mesh. Heavy reinforcement slows a cut down, so mention it when you call and the quote will be right first time.
Less than people expect. Dry cutting runs dust extraction off the tool, wet cutting keeps the slurry controlled, and we clean up behind us either way.
Quickest way to a price is a phone call. We answer on site.
